• Advising on the suitable structure to set up (limited by shares, by guarantee, limited life…)

• Drafting of constitutions

• Drafting of shareholders’ agreements

• Drafting of share sale and purchase agreements

• Liaising with the Board of Investment (BOI) in respect of application of Permits e.g, Work                 permits, Residence Permit, Permanent Residence Permit and other permits

• Liaising with local authorities for Trade License
